Randy and the Jett Medical Staffing team have been excellent to work with. It was a big jump to transition from being employed by a hospital, to working locum, but Randy is easy to talk to, will spend the time answering all your questions, looks out for you and is great at negotiating contracts, is trustworthy and I have never had any trouble with my travel/lodging or getting paid weekly. Also what is great is that Randy is an APP who knows the job, which is very helpful when figuring out what opportunities will be a good fit, verses other recruiters not having any medical background, and are just trying to place you in any job. Jett Medical Staffing is more than just a staffing company, they truly take care of you as one of their own, and I can’t not speak more highly of my experiences with the whole team.
